Get enough sleep:

Beautification is a continuous process. Sweet sleep is mostly required for beautiful skin So, if u want a healthy & fresh skin or face you have to sleep well as your body required. Our skin repairing system starts from 12:00A.M till 3.00A.M, we need sleep at this time.

Tension/stress free:

For a clear & fresh skin you should remain tension or stress free. It can cause dark circles due to lack of sound sleep & tiredness.

Drink enough water:

We all know 70% of Human body is full of water. So, all of us should drink enough water as our body needs. At least 3-5 liters per day.

Using Sunscreen:

Day /Sun light decreased the natural brightness of our skin. We should use appropriate sun screen as required our age & skin fr protecting us from UV Rays.

Moisturization:

You have to use Moisturizer for getting better results. U can try or use Moisturizer depending on your skin type.

Massages:

You can massage your skin with olive oil, castor oil & Honey.

Use Rose Water or Sandalwoods paste/ Thanaka:

You also can use Rose Water or Sandalwoods paste/ Thanaka to get rid of dirts from your skin.

Avoid Fast Foods & Spicy Foods:

For maintaining a healthy & nourish skin you should avoid all kinds of fast foods & spicy foods.
For a healthy body & nourish skin u can take the foods given below:

                              Blue berries

                               Sweet potatoes

                               Spinach

                               Salman fish

                              Tomatoes

                              Chia seeds

                               Pumpkins

                               Carrots &

                               Oranges are also useful for skin care.

Mainly Vitamins C,E & B3 rich fruit helps our skin to glow & reduce age marks.
