Before starting our delivery process we would confirm your order and payment details over phone. We deliver to your doorstep all around Bangladesh. Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order,

• Inside Dhaka – Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 24 hours after the confirmation. For inside Dhaka, delivery charges of 29 taka will be added.
• Outside Dhaka –Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after the confirmation. 3-4 days’ time is required for delivery outside Dhaka depending upon the distance and our affiliated courier service. For outside Dhaka, delivery charges of 90 taka will be added.

(For purchases from outside Dhaka, you have to pay in advance through bKash. Cash on Delivery is non-applicable for such purchase)

• Tracking – Order number will be provided for easy tracking of your products delivery progress. Call up our dedicated customer service for any updates.

In case of adverse weather conditions and/or political unrest our delivery time can be extended as situation requires. We deeply regret any inconveniences due to such unforeseeable reasons. We have our own delivery group for deliveries within Dhaka. For outside Dhaka deliveries we have affiliation with all the reputed courier services as our delivery partner. Cash on Delivery is not available outside Dhaka at this moment.
